Kihon ... the most feared and intimidating section of any exam.  Quadruple the difficulty level and you have the black belt version!  SUPER HARD and DEMANDING!!!   The eyes of our 10 dan candidates tell the story of the pain and determination they experience in this self-imposed battle of mind and body!
