"Although technique
could be improved, the spirit, effort, and heart of our
candidates were
outstanding!" exclaimed Sensei. "I have no doubt that they
will shift
to a higher gear in preparation for their next exam."
Sensei reminds our general class members that not only do the exams get
longer and more difficult, evaluations and expectations rise to a feverish
level as you climb the rank ladder. "You cannot expect to continue to pass
exams with the same effort and intensity as the previous one. Each step up
requires an increase in TOTAL commitment and effort. Your performance in
training will prove to be more important than EVER in your exams.
Lackadai-
sical training will no longer cut it if you want to pass!!" continued Sensei.

of her exam. Congratulations to all
