HIDDEN TALENT

Our HSK Ohana posesses talents WAY beyond the scope of a karateka.  Besides displaying a focused and energetic persona willing to push their limits through pain toward self-improvement, there is a soft and gifted side leaning towards the arts and creation that waits to be unleashed!  Here are two of these members -- Cassie Romero and Linda Martini, and what they have produced through their talents!

	Linda is a purple belt and has been training for two-and-a-half years.  This fun-loving Aussie is a member of what Sensei has named the "Fabulous Five", five mothers who started training with their children at the same time, and continue to do so with determination and zest! She designed and created the artwork  and storyline for an original "HSK Comic" book, which features Sensei and the Senpais.  In it, she re-lives some of the most memorable moments of her training time in the dojo. She even "threatens" Sensei, saying that there will be NO volume 2 unless she passes her purple belt exam!!!
