Hawaii Foodbank Canned Food Drive November, 2014

HSK's commitment to give back to our community in 2014 began in April, and has just culminated with our canned food drive to help feed the hungry through this holiday season.  Our HSK Ohana donated an incredible 580 items (469 pounds!) to this wonderful cause!  "I see no limit to the good that our HSK Ohana can do for our community", exclaimed Sensei.  "Their desire and willingness to help are an inspiration to me, and i am proud and honored to call them 'family'!"

Sensei is already looking forward to HSK creating an even bigger ripple next year.  He has  arranged a blood drive for Monday, February 16 (Presidents' Day) at the Young Street donor center.  Those members who donate regularly are encouraged to do so before December 22 of this year so that they will be eliglble to give on February 16.  EVERYONE is welcome to become a community contributor, and to give the gift of life!

Your HSK Senpais wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving and joyous holiday season!

Happy smiles from our HSK Ohana to the Hawaii Foodbank!
