HSK's 2020 GRADUATE
Sensei and the rest of our HSK Ohana want to express our deepest heartfelt congratulations to ALEX ODA, our 2020 graduate. Alex graduated on Saturday, May 16, from the Assets School, and has been an HSK Scholar for the past two years.
Alex plans to attend Kapiolani Community College in the fall. Although he received a partial scholarship from Beacon College on the East Coast, the ongoing pandemic was the deciding factor to keeping him home and safe during these trying times.
This situation MAY be a blessing in disguise, as now he will be able to continue his karate training with Mom Ann and pursue that elusive brown belt. Also, he will be able to maintain close ties to his elderly grandparents.
Please congratulate Alex if you see him and continue to support him as he enters a new phase of his young life ... ADULTHOOD!!! Alex, we love and support you. CONGRATULATIONS!!!
